https://www.zocdoc.com/booking-link/doctor/ann-marie-anthony-aprn-834141 My approach to mental health is holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based. As a Board-Certified PMHNP, I specialize in providing comprehensive care that integrates psychopharmacology with psychotherapy to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. My experience in diverse and high-acuity settings—including inpatient psychiatry, crisis intervention, and specialized care for the IDD population—allows me to manage complex conditions with a calm, trauma-informed perspective. I am dedicated to empowering you with the tools and medical management necessary to achieve lasting stability and mental wellness. I work with adults, adolescents, and geriatric patients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, with a deep focus on: Depressions, PTSD and Trauma-Related Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Geriatric Psychiatry. If you are ready to explore a path toward greater stability and wellness, I welcome you to reach out. I offer flexible scheduling for introductory calls. I currently offer telehealth appointments for residents of New Jersey. I work with clients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Trauma. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with psychotic disorders. During our initial sessions, we will delve into the issues at hand and collaborate on a plan, combining advanced medical management with therapy to help you get your life back. My goal is to help you achieve sustained improvement and wellness.

OCD is not just being neat. 🤍

It can look like a thought that won’t leave your mind.

Checking something again and again.

Needing to hear “it’s okay” just to feel calm for a moment.

Those unwanted thoughts are called obsessions. The urges to ease them are called compulsions. And the relief rarely lasts.

If this sounds familiar, it may be worth talking with a qualified mental health professional. Everyone’s experience is different, and support is available.

Save this for someone who may need it. Follow Gallant Minds Psychiatry for more mental health education.

“I’m fine.” Most of us have said it when we weren’t.

Depression doesn’t always look like sadness. It can show up as constant tiredness, trouble focusing, less interest in things you enjoy, or irritability that seems to come out of nowhere.

If any of this sounds familiar, consider talking with a qualified mental health professional. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Share this with someone who may need to hear it.
