Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable, professional, and friendly Customer Service Representative / Field Liaison to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and making sure our customers receive excellent service.
Job Responsibilities
· Visit skilled nursing facilities regularly and check in with Directors of Nursing, nurses, and facility staff.
· Make sure customers have updated call information, consent forms, folders, mouse pads, and service materials.
· Follow up with facilities regarding service satisfaction, concerns, and customer needs.
· Help maintain communication between the facility, dispatch team, nurses, and management.
· Represent the company in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner.
· Report customer feedback, requests, or issues to management.
Qualifications
· Friendly, dependable, and professional.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Comfortable visiting different healthcare facilities daily.
· Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
· Healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience is helpful, but not required.
