Yayyy to fermented foods! The most popular one is yogurt, which we definitely need to pay attention to the quality of it.

Adding fermented foods to your diet can help increase the good bacteria in your gut, which helps improve your overall health.

Here are some examples of fermented foods:

➕ Fermented vegetables (sauerkraut is a popular one)
➕Yogurt
➕Kombucha
➕Apple cider vinegar
➕Miso
➕Kimchi
➕Tempeh

It’s important to pay attention to the quality of these foods. For example: looking for low sodium for fermented vegetables, plain kefir, lower sugar or plain yogurt (whether it’s dairy or non-dairy), lower sugar kombucha, and apple cider vinegar that has not been pasteurized.

I'm working on a very cool secret project! I’m looking for a specific type of person to be involved, and YOU might be a fit.

🌟Mission of this project:
-I want to help 10 busy women who suffers from the modern-day cluster of symptoms of stress, burnout, being overweight, have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or/and high blood sugar (pre-diabetes/ diabetes).
-I want to help these women decrease inflammation, lose weight, fell calmer, sleep better, and achieve metabolic harmony, so they can start lowering the numbers they see on the scale and the numbers they see on their medical charts!
-I want to provide comprehensive nutrition counseling sessions & daily feedback on your food, coaching tools, meal plans, shopping lists, full supermarket guidance, and hands on meal prep guidance for half of the price of what it would actually cost for this level of service and accountability.
-I want to see tons of Instagram photos of beautiful women that can't stop smiling wearing beautiful clothes that they chose to wear because they now fit so nicely! I want to see these women looking great and feeling great because they slept well at night and woke up feeling refreshed and having so much fun because they released the extra weight and they feel like themselves again!
🌟Here's the criteria to be part of this project:
-you are a woman who suffers with most symptoms mentioned above (the modern-day cluster of symptoms of stress, burnout, being overweight, have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or/and high blood sugar (pre-diabetes/ diabetes)
-you want to feel less inflamed, less puffy
-you want to improve your blood pressure, blood sugar, and/or high cholesterol
-you feel lost and don't know what kind of advice to follow, because you see a lot of advice online and people also tell you what to do but none of the advice works
-you don’t know what to eat; you have tried many diets but nothing have worked for you
-you have been told by your doctor that you need to lose to lose 10, 20, or 30 lbs but you felt completely lost and still feel lost to this day
-you would love to lose some weight to release the pressure you feel on your knees/joints and to reduce abdominal distention
-you want to be healthy and feel healthy but you don't know how
-you want to feel confident to wear a bathing suit or to wear clothes that you want to wear (not the 2 or 3 pieces that currently fits)
-you want to like the person you see the mirror
-you want to feel like yourself again

🍕CRAVINGS AND YOUR SOUL: WHEN YOU FILL THE GAP OF UNFULFILLMENT WITH FOOD🍕

Food cravings is such a big topic of discussion these days and yet there’s so much to be discovered!

Yes, these cravings can be physiological or biochemical in origin but what about when the cravings come from YOUR SOUL?

You know, sometimes food cravings are coming from an unmet need or desire.

As women we were taught to shut our emotions down, be the good girl, and don’t ask for too much when deep inside, at a soul level, we desire so much more.

Your desires are inside of you … and so are your cravings for food!

When you avoid tending to your desires completely because it seems too big to accomplish, you’re making yourself small and meaningless and you’ll find a way to fill that void with food.

It is just easier to overeat than to do something about the things we want or know we need to do. After all, eating is a form of pleasure, right?

And… as human we automatically avoid pain and we’re constantly running after pleasure.

And the easiest form of pleasure available is to (over)eat.

We use food to soothe, to calm our anxieties, fears, and depression.

Unfortunately, many women live in agony, seeking to fill this gap of unfulfilled desires with food.

If this is you, then I invite you carve out a time to listen to your soul.


Ask yourself this question each day:
♥️“What am I really hungry for?”

Trust that the answer will come to you.

Pay attention to that message and write it down. Keep a journal.

Here are my 4 top tips on FINDING YOUR GLOW✨ - the day after Thanksgiving edition!🍁
1. keep yourself hydrated - hydration is key, especially when we feel we are too much! Water and decaf herbal teas. Try to step back from alcohol.

2. keep yourself grounded - feeling safe is paramount in healing your relationship with food. A great way to do this is by praying, journaling, and meditation.

3. decide to put guilt aside and choose to practice self-love. This can be choosing to read a book, organizing a space in your home, or putting some makeup on to make you feel prettier.

4. the opinion of others doesn’t define you. Keep the voice of the critics out of your mind. Practice self-compassion and speak the right words into your life.
