Every garden has its guardian... 🌙🐈‍⬛🌹🐍

This little familiar watches over a bed of blooming roses while a curious serpent winds its way through the thorns. A touch of mystery, a little magic, and a whole lot of love brought this custom piece to life.

⚠️ Heads up: scam pattern among Facebook "mobile pet groomers"

Posting this so other local pet owners can avoid the same headache.

While shopping around for a mobile groomer for my dog, I contacted four pages — Dog House Grooming, Heather Mobile Pet Salon, Purrfect Pets Groomer, and Paws & Shining Grooming — and every single one showed the same red flags:
*Required a deposit before booking was confirmed
*Would only accept Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Chime — no card, no invoice, no contract
No real business website, no verifiable address, no reviews tied to a real groomer

These are classic signs of a scam: *no traceable payment method and
*pressure to pay digital-only upfront.

I didn't lose any money, but wanted to warn others before sending a deposit and getting ghosted.

Tip: stick with groomers who have a real phone number, a business website, public Google reviews, and accept payment after service (card, cash, or check). Happy to share names of legit mobile groomers in the area if anyone wants recommendations.

With a little patience and proper placement, we were able to cover this old tattoo without making the new piece feel too dark or heavy. The client was willing to go with a larger piece, which allowed me to create a design that has darks in the right spots to cover well and, at the same time, still has room to breathe. I truly appreciate the trust that my clients have with me in these projects.
