One of my favorite compliments I receive from clients is that my massages feel intentional.

One client who had worked in the spa industry for many years said that he had never had a massage so intentional that he could tell there was not one wasted or filler stroke. He could tell I was present the entire time. He was right.

I listen carefully to my clients’ words and to their bodies, and am 100% present during our time together.

Even as early as my massage school days people would ask me how I am already so great at this, and my answer was always simply, “I’m a good listener.”

What I have always loved about Laurie is that she gives from her heart, provides a safe space for her clients, and moves with intention just like I do. 💗

After our session today my client who has been recovering from frozen shoulder was able to reach her bra strap in the middle of her back. 👏

Over the last several days I have had clients ask me if I have any availability this coming week. I promise my booking system isn’t lying- I’ve been fully booked this week for a while! Laurie is busy, too, with only 2 appointments left on Sunday.

I have had people tell me they plan to come see me for a massage as soon as they lose weight.

I have also had clients tell me that they used to wait until they were a certain size before getting a massage, and they are SO glad they no longer subscribe to this thinking!

Guess what? All people in all bodies deserve love and care, including YOU!

People have asked me how I maintain my energy throughout the day. The truth is, this room is my sanctuary just as much as it is yours.

When a session begins, I step into a flow state where my only focus is listening to what your body needs.

It’s a peaceful, intuitive process that fills my cup up just as much as it does yours.
