A pharmacist by training and an experienced operator, Jess led Tria Health's growth to become a national leader in pharmacist‑led medication management for people with chronic conditions. We’re excited to share that Stellus Rx has acquired Tria Health, a market leader in pharmacist‑led care for individuals with chronic conditions.

Both organizations share the foundational belief that medications represent more than costs to manage. Instead, they’re powerful drivers of better health outcomes and lower healthcare costs when people receive the right support in all the moments that matter.
