This month I’m offering a package focusing on abandonment wounds. For anyone who participates, I’ll lower your alignment with abandonment, release any cords contributing to abandonment, and make you a personalized frequency playlist each week for 4 weeks, focusing on healing abandonment wounds.

Pricing
All of my sessions can be used for adults, babies/children of all ages and pets. In-person sessions are at 2500 Mollimar Dr., Plano, TX 75075. Maternity/Postpartum sessions can be in your own home for an additional fee.

In-person session: $150
These hour-long sessions incorporate Emotion Code, Body Code and Alignment Code, plus I send you 1-2 weeks of personalized frequency healing playlists. These sessions take place at my office in Plano, Texas.

50 minute video call: $125
These sessions include everything that in-person sessions do, but they take place during a video call.

30 minute list session: $70
These sessions incorporate Emotion Code, Body Code and Alignment Code. They are done on my own time and I send you a list of what I released when I'm finished.

1 month of personalized frequency healing: $100
We discuss what you would like to work on, and then I create playlists of pure tones for you to listen to throughout the month. I use muscle testing to determine which frequencies you should listen to, for how long and how often. You're welcome to message me during the month if there are new things you’d like to work on, and I will send you a new set weekly.

Monthly in person package: $360 set to auto-pay (can be canceled anytime before the start of a new month) This package includes 3 hour-long sessions a month that can be used on anyone in your family, including pets. Additional sessions can be added to the month for $120 each.

Monthly video call package: $300 set to auto-pay (can be canceled anytime before the start of a new month) This package includes three 50 minute video call sessions that can be used for anyone in your family, including pets. Additional sessions can be added to the month for $100 each.

Maternity/Postpartum package: $1,000
This includes 10 sessions, I recommend using 7-8 during pregnancy and the rest postpartum. We can use part of the postpartum sessions to work on your baby. Each of these sessions is a 50 minute video call that incorporates Emotion Code, Body Code and Alignment Code. This package also includes 15-20 weeks of personalized frequency healing. If you decide to do any additional sessions during pregnancy or until 2 months postpartum, they can be added for $100 each. This package price is for virtual sessions, but in person sessions are also available in your own home or at my office in Plano, Texas.

Is it actually kind to always say yes if you end up feeling bitter towards other people? I don’t like calling people-pleasing selfish since most people develop that habit as a trauma response in childhood, but it’s definitely not being selfless, like some people make it out to be. Being able to set boundaries and say no, and having people in your life who can also set boundaries and say no, is so freeing. You both know that you can ask for help anytime (which is also hard for people-pleasers) because you will both say no if you don’t have the capacity or don’t want to. You’ll also deal with much less bitterness and passive aggressiveness.

If you struggle with people-pleasing or setting boundaries, that’s something I work with people on during my one-on-one sessions. We can see what trauma, negative beliefs and negative emotions are keeping you stuck in that people-pleasing trauma response and release them.

These sessions can be helpful for things like anxiety, PTSD, depression, OCD, headaches, stomach aches, pregnancy, insomnia, chronic pain, childhood trauma, ancestral trauma and even allergies and nightmares. This family package includes 4 adult sessions and 4 child sessions that can be used on as many members of your family as you’d like. They all include things from Emotion Code, Body Code and Alignment Code, and the adult sessions also include 8 weeks of personalized frequency healing. You get all 8 sessions plus the 2 months of frequency healing for $600, a $780 value. The adult sessions are usually video calls, but if your summer has you constantly on the go, they can be done as email sessions instead.
