This is why you need good friends. People who will encourage you to take time for yourself. Went to the Hotsprings today and soaked.With all those earth minerals and salts, rejuvenated my skin and soul. Even had some salt deposits on my neck there at the end. I am fully brined! 😂 It was great catching up with Ashley Ludman | Breathwork Thank you my friend ❤️ I needed this time to put a bow on the weekend.
