Meet Amanda!

Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Kelsey Haka LPC-S.

Amanda works with clients of all ages who are experiencing emotional stress including low self-esteem, peer pressure, 504 accommodations, anxiety, depression, academic stress, eating disorders, body image issues, self-harm and suicidal ideation.

Amanda has a background as a school counselor and is passionate about Play/Activity-Based Therapy for clients that may not be ready for traditional talk-therapy.

Amanda believes therapy should be personalized to meet each client’s needs and practical enough where clients feel like the desired change is within their reach.

Amanda’s favorite part about being a therapist is building strong relationships with clients and creating a safe space for people to grow.

In Amanda’s free time she enjoys making a cup of hot tea and planning travel.

Amanda is currently accepting new clients and would love to work with you!
