A question we get often: "Can I just get my neck done, without a whole facelift?"
The honest answer is: it depends, and that's exactly why this is a consultation conversation, not a Google search. For some patients, the neck and jawline age faster than the rest of the face. If your main concerns are loose skin under the chin, fullness that won't budge with diet or exercise, or those vertical "bands" that show up in the neck, and the rest of your face still has good skin quality and structure, an isolated neck lift can be a great option.
But if laxity extends up into the jawline and cheeks, treating the neck alone can sometimes create an imbalance, a refreshed neck next to an area that still shows aging above it. In those cases, a more comprehensive approach usually gets a better, more natural-looking result. There's no one-size-fits-all answer here. It genuinely depends on your anatomy and your goals.
