Good Afternoon! We realize this is fairly short notice, but we will be going live tonight at 6pm cst for a "chat". Hopefully, we will get some great interaction. Reflection
Today has always been a very special day for me in so many ways. As I awoke this morning I felt an overwhelming need to sit in reflection of my life. The hard times, the sorrow of those who have gone on before me and I realized they never left me. They are always there beside and within to enjoy my happiest moments, to give me love and light in my dark moments. Grief is not a linear movement. You cannot go around, you must go through and knowing that in every step you take they are always there reaching out for you to help show you the way! Look for the signs! They show us everyday in small ways and sometimes in huge ways! Never feel like you can't reach out when you just need a friend. I am always here to listen without judgement. Here to sit with you in your moment. Sending Love and Light to everyone today!

What's in your spiritual closet? It's getting close to spring and time for a good clean out of not only your home but your spiritual home. Get rid of the things that no longer serve you. Some of those are hurtful memories of things past that just take up space that you need for all the good things to come. If the clutter of the past remains you have no room for things that bring you joy. Spend time in meditation, manifesting and bring those things to your newly renovated space.

Stay in your lane.
Tune out the noise and zero in on your own path, your purpose and your calling. Use the gifts that you have for what is right for you. Do not compare yourself to others who are on their own path. The only approval you need to seek is your own. Your path is for you and specifically designed for you. Stick to what’s yours, and you’ll find real peace, freedom, and a deeper sense of who you are.
You will find that when you divert from your path things will slide into a chaotic rhythm that puts your entire spirit off balance. Center yourself and return to your path. Find the things that feed your spirit. We are all on the journey together, yet each of us have our own path.

When we feel separated from ourselves and the Divine we tend to think of life in black and white terms. Good/Bad, Dark/Light and so on. Practices like meditation, self-inquiry, and contemplation can help bridge the gap between perceived separation and the understanding of unity.
Rather than resisting the opposites (like "bad" or "sadness"), spiritual growth involves accepting all facets of existence as parts of a greater whole.
Addressing the "split" in consciousness, such as trauma or emotional suppression is a key part of moving towards a more unified spiritual state. Manifest the things in life that you want/desire and work toward fulfilling them with a purpose driven life.
