These two beauties were referred to me by an existing client and I couldn’t be more grateful! I loved working on both of their hair and getting to know them.

I had such a great week in Hawaii spending good quality time with two of the best humans and I got some much needed time to relax! I’m back in the salon tomorrow and looking forward to all the hair I get to do! ❤️

Short answer: DON’T DO IT!!! Please just don’t do it!

I know box dyes from the grocery store can be tempting because they are cheap and you can do them at home, but the reality is they can be very unpredictable and damaging. The way they are formulated is “one size fits all” but no two heads of hair are the same! When you get your hair done you want a stylist who cares for and formulates to your specific hair texture and overall health! A box can’t do that.

Not only that, but because of the way box dyes are made they can be very very difficult to remove when you want to go light again. Even box lighteners can be mixed improperly and if not done well they will be unevenly saturated. Don’t put your hair through unnecessary trauma!

Some hair services can take a looong time! I get hungry, so I’m sure my guests do too! To help with that I’ve started offering free snacks to my guests!! Nothing better than the wash!! When you get to take off all that product and foils and get a good nice scrub and massage. 🤤 I honestly don’t get my hair washed all that often by other people, but when I do it’s like I’ve died and gone to heaven! Especially when my extensions are out! 😂
