Two brands aligned by one purpose: helping humans feel good, feel confident, feel connected, and take better care of themselves- together.

Today was about movement, challenge, community, and gratitude. Pushing our limits side by side in honor of the people who made this freedom possible.

Wim Hof is deeply embedded in our founding story.

Mitch, Jesse, & 11 friends — “The 13 Icemen” — took an 8-day journey to Poland to live with and live like Wim.

The breath.
The cold.
The heat.
The music.
And most importantly, the way he made ordinary people feel superhuman.

It changed us.

On top of a mountain in Poland, Founders Jesse and Mitch asked a question that would eventually become the beginning of FlowHaus:

“Why did it take 13 Americans flying across the world to feel this good? To just breathe, to get cold, to get hot?”

Right then they decided:

“Let’s bring this feeling home to our people.”

That moment became the first day of FlowHaus.

FlowState to the World.
