Big Announcement from R&R….
Thank you for being such amazing clients. You have truly made R&R Therapeutic Massage what it has become today.
It is with difficulty that I need to make a few announcements, but first and foremost rest assured, Karen and I are going nowhere as your massage therapists. Sadly, Matt has decided this year that he would like to work towards his retirement, and would like to start reducing his massage hours. His goal is to become a manger at a high end spa with less hands on strain.
As this transition takes place Karen and I will be taking on more of his clients, but this also leads to a slight issue which maybe you guys can help us with. We have more square footage in our clinic than we can use for the remainder of our current lease (ends March 2027).
I have had a few clients that have asked over the years if we are allowed to sublet a room or two, excitingly our property manager has finally granted permission to be able to sublet our clinic. We have a few options available from an individual room to the use of half our clinic.
You will be required to check with the Pleasant Hill Zoning Department if your business may operate at our location. Zoning has changed a lot over the last 13 years. For specific details on the space and cost I can send an individual email to each client that requests it or feel free to click this Craigslist link below and feel free to share our post
Moving forward Matt and Karen will no longer be offering Massage Packages and have reduced their full price rate to: Massage By Matt $85 (50min) and Massage by Karen $90 (50min). They both currently work 3 days a week each.
Matt- M and SA 1-6pm, & TH 1-8PM (through December)
Karen- W & TH 11-6pm and F 11:30-4 pm
