Facility Dog Meg understood the assignment!📸🐾

📸 Picture day came around, and GMS facility dog, Meg, understood the assignment with her fancy bandanna. She posed, she smiled, and she officially secured her spot as "Chief Joy Officer" Meg works hard every single day keeping morale high, offering unconditional support, and expertly making her rounds to visit students- her absolute favorite part of the job. It’s a tough role, but someone’s got to do it!

Drop a ❤️ in the comments if you love her picture! 🐾

Today is National Good Neighbor Day, a day to celebrate our communities and promote acts of kindness. We want to take a moment to thank some of our neighbors who make it possible for Circle Tail to help dogs help people through donations, volunteering, sponsorships, and opening their doors to our dogs for social experiences.

We love our Pleasant Plain community! Thank you for all of your support!

Narissa and her team are working together during her Facility Dog Internship to provide support to students on campus at Xavier University. College classes can be difficult and stressful, so Nari is there to respond to crisis calls, boost morale, and give students a little extra support while they are away from their families at school.

Way to go, Nari!

This week's Throwback Thursday features Dayton, a one-year-old Circle Tail Assistance Dog In Training!

Dayton is one of Moni's puppies born in June 2025, and he received his very special name thanks to a donation from Circle Tail Volunteer Leslie K. Leslie sponsored Dayton and allowed the incarcerated women at Dayton Correctional Institute who help us train Circle Tail dogs to select his name.

Our Prison Training Program allows our dogs to receive individualized training while providing their incarcerated handlers with job skills, confidence, and a way to give back to the community. Thanks to the training Dayton received in prison, he will change many lives in his future!

Happy first day of fall, everyone!

Seaton, Joelle, and Novac celebrated by visiting Lowes to check out the spooky season decorations and beautiful fall plants. Outings like these help our dogs practice their obedience skills in public while getting exposure to novel sights and sounds like Halloween displays.

You can help Circle Tail dogs learn and grow this fall by becoming a Circle Tail Foster Family! Check out our website www.circletail.org/volunteer to learn more.
