As Operations Coordinator, you’ll stay connected to what’s happening across the organization and keep information, follow-through, and day-to-day coordination moving in the right direction.

You’ll work closely with leadership and across teams, making sure the right people are connected when something needs attention and helping the day run more smoothly.

$23–$25 per hour

What a fun afternoon! ☀️

Our Summer Carnival brought together Sonnenberg families, staff, volunteers, and community partners for horse rides, face painting, games, foam, and plenty of chances to enjoy the moment.

We loved seeing so many smiling faces and people jumping into everything the event had to offer. 🫧

A huge thank you to the vendors and community partners who helped make so much of the day possible. We’re grateful for the time, energy, and fun you brought with you, and we loved having you there.

🎉 6th Street is almost ready!

After weeks of painting and putting each space together, it feels like the place we pictured: colorful and fun, but still calm and comfortable to be in.

The rooms each have their own personality, and the whole building is beginning to feel ready for the clients and staff who will fill it every day.

Sonnenberg Schools year starts August 31st so we’re down to the last few days.

✨ Starting next week, our two ABA centers will be organized around the kinds of learning, environments, and next steps that make the most sense for the people they serve.

The Early Intervention Center will connect closely with Sonnenberg Schools at Franklin Street, while the Development & Community Center will align with Sonnenberg Schools at 6th Street, creating clearer pathways between center and school based services.

We’re excited to see where this new structure takes our clients and families next. 🌱

Next week is Carnival week! 🎪 Sonnenberg Families: there’s still time to make plans and join us for an afternoon full of fun and time together with our community.

This event also wouldn’t come together without the local businesses who chose to be part of it. A big thank you to our vendors for helping make the day possible!

🌱 Our school based ABA services are expanding in a big way!

Beginning September 1, we’ll provide services in dedicated spaces inside Sonnenberg Schools at both Franklin Street and 6th Street. Clients may be enrolled in ABA services, school services, or both, depending on what fits their needs.

With ABA rooms right inside the school buildings, clients will have a place for focused, individualized learning within the school day, while staying connected to the routines and environment around them.

We’re looking forward to seeing these spaces become part of each client’s learning experience! 🌟

We’re celebrating Andrea and 3 years with Sonnenberg! 🎉

Andrea’s reflection centered on growth: the paths available to staff, the client moments that stay with you, and the changes taking shape across Sonnenberg. “Sonnenberg is committed to individualized growth within our employees and will always provide support to help meet those goals. There are lots of ways to increase learning and unique pathways for all who enter.”

One moment that has stayed with Andrea is helping bring pairing days into the center. “Seeing everyone committed to their clients and engaging through positive pairing to create increased rapport has created lasting memories that I will not soon forget!”

As Sonnenberg prepares for another important step this fall, Andrea shared what it has meant to be part of this next chapter. “I’ve been proud to be a part of Sonnenberg’s growth within the new centers and tracks. The restructuring in the fall will provide increased opportunities for us to serve and specialize within specific areas, and it has been amazing to be a part of a significant change to the organization!”

Andrea, thank you for bringing care and intention into this season of growth. We’re so glad you’re here!
