Hello Center Pharmacy Family,

I hope everyone is loving the new Nimble App! 😀
The refill option is now turned on, and you have the ability to pay for your prescription/prescriptions on the app as well now. You can chat with the pharmacy just like text messaging or call us!

We did learn that currently if you choose the refill option on there, it will prompt you to pay for the prescriptions on there as well.
We submitted our concerns on that and they are working to hopefully fix that for us.
On prescriptions that are ready that weren’t ordered through the Nimble app, you do not have to pay on the app. So skip that option for now.

You are still able to utilize the old refill app. You can chat with us if you don’t feel like calling, and just send us through the chat what you need. We will respond to you as quick as possible…. Or you can call us, and we will help you.

We hope this clears a lot up, and again if you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out!
