Saturday mornings just got a little brighter ☀️✨

This weekend, we hosted an incredible run club led by .with.ro from Hella Bae, where a group of amazing women met at the studio, headed out for a run, and came back to recover with red light therapy and infrared sauna 💛

The energy, encouragement, and sense of community were so special to be a part of. We loved seeing everyone prioritize movement, recovery, and connection all in one morning.

We loved hosting our × beem Light Sauna collab! We started with 30 minutes of movement, then slowed it all down with red light therapy and infrared sauna to reset, recover, and recharge 💛
