It’s absolutely amazing to me how much Roots has changed on the business end because of the focus.
As a mother it can’t be my main focus… But I have to have it well in hand.
This is what I’ve learned last year about focus.
There are people places and things that are just absolutely wrong for us. Many things in your own brain will have you be believing that if it’s presented to you you should try to figure it out.
Please don’t.
Focus on the things that are most important to you and watch them flourish.
Life is going to hand you so many things that deserve none of your time.
And then things that absolutely require your immediate attention.
Focus!! Life is so short darn it 😉

There have been so many changes in Northeast Montana when it comes to water! Well water has been absolutely destroying many of my clients hair for years!
With the change over to dry Prairie I’m noticing huge amazing positive results and getting all those minerals out of the hair!
This is not a fast process so to those of you have who have continued to go with the flow as we would say… the results have definitely been worth it !

Tanning bed is down for maintenance!
I have contacted all of you with monthly tanning contracts and I’ve heard back from most of you.

A few years ago I stepped outside of my comfort zone and went to a barber class. I knew I needed to ask some questions. I also needed to compare and contrast to how things were going out in the middle of NE Montana, to the rest of the world. I could definitely see that I was stretching myself way too thin by continually serving 500 clients every single year…
For one lady standing on Main Street, by herself let me tell you that’s a lot!
For the last few years I now served 402 of you faithfully, while not missing out on my kids at all!! MUCH happier
And healthier all around.
As time goes on I would like to continue to not only run my business but take care of myself while I do so.
Sounds like Roots is going to be a Family business in the future and I look forward to serving all of you for many more years!

Holy cow Plentywood, Froid,Scobey, Westby, Culbertson….
All I can say is thank you! Thank you to all of the men and women who have allowed me to grow my business here in the northeastern Montana!!
Not only am I able to serve you well, but I’m still able to raise my children which is where my heart is.
Thank you for allowing me to be a young person in business and to grow up right in front of you!
Roots has allowed me to not only mind my own business😉 but also how to serve the community well!
