Fall 2026 Programming Update:

Behind the scenes our team has been working all summer to build stronger, smarter, research‑based programming for every age and stage — the time to enroll is now if you haven't already.

This year, we’re launching four major program updates:

1. She Swims Female‑Only Programs
Our She Swims community is growing with new staff, expanded offerings, and more opportunities for girls and women to build confidence in the water. Join us for She Swims Jr, She Swims Adult, She Strong AquaHIIT (waitlist), and Mommy & Me.

2. Pre‑Primary Montessori Pilot Program
We’re introducing a brand‑new Montessori‑aligned Pre‑Primary curriculum designed to support independence, joyful learning, and early water safety. Your little swimmers will experience a beautifully structured, child‑led approach. This is the season we will try new strategies and approaches and we would love to debut it with you.

3. S3 Montessori Swim & Stroke School — Now Year‑Round
S3 is expanding! Our signature Montessori swim school is now offered all year at Plymouth PARC. Saturdays will be S3 Saturdays, featuring three rotating Montessori curriculums and a five‑level mastery progression to help students build true water safety and confidence beyond the pool.

4. Flex‑Ed Swimrichment (School‑Day Program), formerly called SwimRichment
Perfect for homeschool, virtual, hybrid, and flexible‑education families. Our school‑day Swimrichment program blends Montessori methodology with structured swim, safety instruction and a little swim play.

This is Aquatics Nicole, the Director. I just removed a post regarding a negative review from someone I initially believed was a bot. As the owner of this business — and as a mother and aquatic therapist who takes great pride in the effectiveness of our programs — I take reviews very seriously. Anything less than a perfect rating tells me there is something I need to look into.

Every semester, all program participants have the opportunity to complete a full evaluation of their experience. Because I now oversee all of our locations, including our community outreach sites across Metro Detroit, I want to ensure swimmers and families have access to these evaluations at all times. Within the evaluation, you can also provide feedback on your instructor. Instructors are financially compensated for positive reviews and receive supportive coaching in areas where improvement is needed.

Additionally, if you are a program participant or member, please consider leaving a proper Facebook review. These reviews are incredibly helpful to our small business and directly support our ability to continue offering high‑quality, inclusive aquatic programming. In the future, we will also have Google reviews available. Right now, we are temporarily in “Google jail” because our flagship Plymouth location has multiple tenants and we also operate mobile locations, which caused Google to flag us as not having a single fixed site.

Please look for our light blue evaluation sign posted in the PARC program pool area. For our mobile community outreach locations, your Lead Instructor will also have this sign available.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — it truly helps us maintain the highest standards for our swimmers and families. -Swimcerely, Nicole S, Director

This is a message from our Director, Nicole Scherbarth regarding preventive measures against Cyclosporiasis

Dear Families,

We understand that some families may have questions about the recent Cyclosporiasis outbreak reported in Michigan. We want to reassure you that the health and safety of our participants is always our highest priority.

According to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, the current Cyclosporiasis outbreak is believed to be foodborne, with investigators focusing on contaminated fresh produce. At this time, there is no evidence that swimming pools or recreational water are associated with this outbreak.

Pool Safety & Disinfection Practices Across All Locations
To provide additional reassurance, we have confirmed the following with our (high occupancy) pool locations that:

Pool chemicals are checked at least twice daily and maintained within appropriate disinfectant levels.

Facilities use regular third‑party water testing to check for f***l materials in the water.

No f***l contamination has been detected.

All pools—whether newer or vintage and well‑loved—have proper filtration materials and systems required for safe aquatic programming.

Although we do not manage the pool facilities ourselves, all pool hosts have been provided CDC recommendations for proper disinfection in the event of contamination.

As a program, we follow CDC‑recommended disinfection timeframes and cleanup procedure as part of our standard safety protocol.

We are grateful for the diligence and partnership of all our host facilities in maintaining safe environments for our swimmers.

Our Ongoing Health & Safety Practices
Even though this outbreak is not linked to swimming, we continue to follow strict protocols, including:

Not allowing anyone with diarrhea to participate in swim lessons.

Maintaining pool water chemistry, filtration, and sanitation according to recommended standards.

Following established public health procedures immediately if a f***l accident were ever to occur.

Continuing our existing f***l contamination prevention policy—nothing has changed.

How You Can Help
Your partnership is essential in keeping our aquatic community healthy. Please help us by encouraging:

1. Frequent bathroom breaks for your swimmer.

2. Proper diapering practices: If you or your child wears a swim diaper, please ensure they also wear a snug‑fitting swim diaper cover.

3. Handwashing before and after lessons for both children and adults.

4. Most importantly: If you or your child has had diarrhea within the past two weeks, please do not attend programming. Please request a makeup to your program managers
