August!!! You were amazing to me!

My face now has some contraindications… which means I literally can’t get facials for awhile. 😩
I’m recognizing that I set the bar high (it’s good right?) but that many goals won’t be achieved in 2026. 😩

At least 24 hours, avoid heat, sweat and s*x.
Or at least just do the yoga instead of CrossFit!
