Your symposium ticket does more than get you in the room. 🧡

It gives back.

When you purchase a ticket to the Mindful Living & Leadership Symposium all proceeds go directly back into ISU Disability Services to support students in our local community.

That means your ticket helps:

✨ Local high school students with disabilities transition into a college environment and navigate the next chapter with greater support and confidence.

✨ College students with disabilities access resources and support that help them thrive while pursuing their education.

And this year we’re taking it a little bit further.

We’ve teamed up with Idaho Period Project, an organization working to increase access to period products and address period poverty in our communities.

Throughout the symposium, we’ll be collecting unopened boxes and packages of:
•panty liners
•overnight pads
•regular pads
•light tampons
•regular tampons
•super tampons

And because giving should come with a little fun… 😉

Every unopened box or package you donate earns you 3 extra raffle tickets toward our health & wellness giveaway baskets, filled with goodies donated by our incredible speakers, presenters, and local businesses.

So when you buy a symposium ticket, you’re not just investing in your own growth, connection, and well-being.

You’re helping create opportunities for students with disabilities.

You’re supporting a local organization working to address period poverty.

You’re supporting local business and community partners.

And you’re becoming part of something that extends far beyond these two days.

That’s the kind of event we wanted to create.

Come for the learning.
Stay for the connection.
Leave knowing your ticket helped give back.

There’s a session for you. 🫵🏼

You know the thing you keep saying you’re going to work on?

The big move you’ve been thinking about making for months…

Maybe the thing you’ve been talking about and even trying to work on, but haven’t quite figured out how to actually change?

Yeah.
We probably have a session for that.

Because when we built this year’s Mindful Living & Leadership Symposium, we didn’t want to create two days of sitting in a chair while someone throws inspirational quotes at you and you file them cutely in a notebook to never look at again. 🙅🏼‍♀️

We wanted real conversations.
Real tools.
Real reflection.
And a whole bunch of those “OH! I needed to hear that.” moments.

So let’s play a little game.

🧡If you’re constantly wondering…
“Why do I KNOW what I need to do, but still can’t seem to DO it?”

Come hang out with Ciera for:

•When the Trail Changes
Why Knowing What to Do Isn’t Always Enough to Do It

And then you’ll take it a step further in her workshop:

•Your Mountain, Your Way
A Personal Alignment Workshop

Because knowing what you should do and actually being able to move toward it?
Two very different things.
🖤🖤🖤

🧡If you’re craving more clarity…
Deena Nielsen is bringing:

•Finding Your Way to Choice
A Practice for Wellness & Self-Leadership

And her workshops dive into:

•Return to Presence
A Daily Practice for Noticing, Feeling, and Listening

And

•Navigating Complexity
A Four-Step Practice for Clearer, More Aligned Choice

Because sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing what you want.
It’s hearing yourself clearly enough to choose it.
🖤🖤🖤

🧡If you’re ready to stop living on autopilot…
Justin Turley is asking:

•What Invisible Systems are Running Your Life?

And honestly?
That’s a question I think more of us need to sit with.

Because sometimes the thing we think is a personal problem is actually a system we’ve been operating inside for years. 🫣
🖤🖤🖤

🧡If you’re exhausted from trying to keep everyone happy…
Julie Hawkes has entered the chat.

Her workshop:

•How to Stop Trying to Fix Everyone and Everything Without Feeling Guilty

I feel like that title alone just called out approximately 87% of us.
🖤🖤🖤

🧡If you’ve been through some sh*t…
Ramina Wilkerson is talking about:

•Failing Forward

It’s exactly what you’d expect, but it’s coming from her own lived experience. Being born in Baghdad, Iraq, Ramina survived the horrors of multiple wars and the instability of life as a refugee. Her journey reached a harrowing turning point when a date was set for her and her family’s ex*****on by the regime of Saddam Hussein—a fate they escaped only through a miraculous rescue by the U.S. military.
🖤🖤🖤

🧡And Cherisse + Heather are bringing their own perspective and expertise to the speaker lineup and workshop experience with a focus on self-forgiveness.

Because resilience isn’t about pretending hard things didn’t happen.
It’s about learning how to keep moving when they did.
🖤🖤🖤

🧡If you know you need to get outside your comfort zone…
You’re going to want to hear from Jessi + Sean Coletti.

Their sessions:

•What you can DO

And their workshop:

•52 Uncomfortable Things

Jessi challenged herself to do 52 uncomfortable things in on year.

We’re talking things like going to dinner alone, walking backwards for an entire day, and organizing a freaking flash mob dance at the mall. 😅

The point?
You don’t build a bigger life by staying comfortable all the time.
🖤🖤🖤

🧡If leadership is your thing…
We’re bringing that into the room in a BIG way this year.

Karina Mason-Rorris will be leading sessions around discovering your personal strengths.

And Jillian Magic is bringing:

•Leadership Through Adventure

Because leadership isn’t just something you do when you’re wearing a fancy title.

It’s how you show up.
How you make decisions.
How you communicate.
How you handle discomfort.
How you influence the people around you.
And how well you actually know yourself.
🖤🖤🖤

🧡And if you’ve got a vision that’s been sitting in your head…
Paige Rowberry is bringing:

•Make It Real
Manifestation Techniques to Bring Your Vision to Life

Because a dream is great.
But eventually you have to do something with it.
🖤🖤🖤

And THAT is why I’m so freaking excited about this year’s symposium.

It’s not just wellness.
It’s not just leadership.
It’s the intersection of how you live, how you lead, and how you impact the people around you.

And there are going to be a LOT of different people in that room.
* Business owners
* Parents
* Coaches
* Managers
* Educators
* Community leaders
* People figuring their s**t out
* People who have already done a lot of personal work, but know there’s another level
* People who are simply ready for something to shift

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you walk through the door.
That’s kind of the point.

October 15 & 16th | Pocatello, ID
9:00am-4:30pm both days
Lunch included

Snag your ticket HERE (early bird ends on Wednesday!)
https://www.isu.edu/disabilityservices/community-services/ds-hosted-events/mindful-living-symposium---pocatello/

And bring a friend.
Bring your coworker.
Bring your sister.
Bring the woman who keeps saying “I know I need to do something different, I just don’t know what.”

Because I have a feeling she’s going to find something in this room that she needs.

See you there. 💛

P.S. One more way you can make an impact while you’re there: we’re teaming up with Idaho Period Project to collect period products for teens in Eastern Idaho.

Bring a package or box of pantyliners, overnight pads, light tampons, regular tampons, or super tampons to the symposium and you’ll get 3 extra raffle tickets for every package/box donated.

So basically… come learn, grow, support local students, help a local nonprofit, AND potentially win some fun stuff.

We love a multitasking ticket. 🙌😂

The Mindful Living Symposium got a promotion & we’re officially the Mindful Living and Leadership Symposium! 🥳

Here’s the scoop:

Personal wellness is important.
But what happens when you take the wellness outside of yourself?

Into your family.
Your workplace.
Your business.
Your team.
Your community.
Your relationships.

That’s where leadership comes in.

Whether you’re running your own business, coaching your kid’s soccer team, managing a team at work, leading a classroom, or raising a family…

you’re leading.

And how you show up as a leader is deeply connected to how you show up as a human.

When you’re constantly depleted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or operating from survival mode, it affects more than just you.

But when you understand yourself, know your strengths, have healthy boundaries, can regulate your emotions, and lead from a place of personal wellness?

That’s where some pretty powerful shifts can happen.

And that’s exactly why we expanded this year’s symposium.

👉 Two days. Two tracks. A whole lot of personal + professional growth.

The Mindful Living track is rooted in the Six Pillars of Holistic Alignment– a framework created by Ciera Belnap with Ciera Nichole Coaching to help you look at the interconnected pieces of our mental, emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and relational well-being.

And the Leadership track takes that personal work and asks:
Okay, now what are you going to DO with it?

Because wellness isn’t just about feeling better.

* It’s about how you communicate.
* How you lead.
* How you make decisions.
* How you show up when things are hard.
* How you impact the people around you.
* And how you create a life and community that actually aligns with what matters to you.

Here’s what’s happening October 15th and 16th in Pocatello:

We’re bringing together speakers and conversations around:
✨ Personal + leadership strengths
✨ The impact you have on your community
✨ Creating your personal reality
✨ Assessing the systems you thrive [or struggle] in
✨ When you know better, but still can’t do better
✨ Alignment within your own life
✨ Failing forward
✨ Resilience in the face of trauma
✨ Developing capacity
✨ Self-forgiveness
✨ Emotional intelligence
✨ Healthy boundaries
✨ Personal leadership style

And yes, lunch is included each day. 🙌

We’re together from 9:00-4:30 each day, so come prepared to learn, reflect, laugh, probably have at least one “oh sh*t, I needed to hear that” moment, and leave with things you can actually take with you.

But there’s another reason we’re especially excited about this year’s event.

This symposium gives back.

The symposium is largely sponsored by Idaho State University Disability Services - Division of Student Affairs, and proceeds help local high school students with disabilities transition into a college setting, as well as support current college students with disabilities.

So your ticket isn’t just buying you two days of education and connection.

It’s helping create opportunities for students in our own community.

And this year we’re taking that community impact one step further.

We’re teaming up with Idaho Period Project, a local nonprofit working to make sure teens throughout Eastern Idaho have access to period products.

We’ll be collecting:

❣️ Pantiliners
❣️ Overnight pads
❣️ Light tampons
❣️ Regular tampons
❣️ Super tampons

Every package or box of period products you donate at the symposium gets you 3 EXTRA raffle tickets.

So you get to support a local organization, help teens access something they shouldn’t have to go without, AND increase your chances of walking away with some fun raffle goodies from local businesses.

Seems like a pretty solid deal to me.

So, are you coming?!

If you’ve been craving a couple days to step outside your normal routine, learn something new, connect with good humans, and think about both how you’re living AND how you’re leading… I’d love to see you there.

Tickets are on sale now and you can snag yours here:

Come for the wellness.
Stay for the leadership.
Leave with a little more clarity about how you want to show up in both.

And maybe bring a box of tampons while you’re at it.

See you in Pocatello. 🫶
