Every pedal had a purpose. Together, New Jersey CycleNation raised more than $25,000 for heart health and stroke awareness. ❤️🚴

Crest Pointe Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center was proud to host the 2026 New Jersey CycleNation, bringing riders, teams, sponsors, and supporters together to for the American Heart Association--New Jersey!

Led by 2026 CycleNation Chair Sara Kohn, riders gave every mile their all for a cause that affects so many families.

Thank you to our generous sponsors, CentraState Medical Center, New Jersey Hospital Association, Monmouth Medical Center, Hackensack Meridian Health OUMC, MOCAAPI, and Shore Heart Group Cardiovascular Institute for helping make this event possible.

We are also grateful to every team, rider, donor, volunteer, and supporter who showed up and supported the mission.

We remember the extraordinary strength, sacrifice, and unity that emerged in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
