Rivers Health Wellness Center The PVH Wellness Center has an indoor walking track, equipment, classes, and personal training to me Locker rooms include private showers, lockers and towels.

In keeping with the mission of Pleasant Valley Hospital as being the resource for community health service, the PVH Wellness Center is committed to setting the standard for health and fitness in the local community while providing a safe and supportive environment. The Wellness Center, through a variety of programs, focuses on assisting its members and the community with healthy lifestyles that ca

n reduce the risk of injury, disease and increase one's overall well-being. The Wellness Center has something to offer everyone including Cybex weight equipment for a complete and total body workout, a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment including treadmills and elliptical trainers, and an indoor walking track. The free weight room is fully equipped with benches, power racks and dumbbells that range from two to 110 pounds. Both men's and women's locker rooms are equipped with saunas to help you relax after a workout. The Wellness Center also provides a variety of activities and exercise classes throughout the year to help keep individuals motivated. Personal trainers are available for $10 an hour for those with memberships. Daily rates are available as well as monthly and yearly memberships. Gift certificates can also be purchased at the main desk.

This week, the Rivers Health ATs led a workshop for the Rivers Health ER staff and Mason County EMS to review and practice football equipment removal. This also gave all three groups an opportunity to review and discuss ways to help streamline the continuum of care from the field, to the ambulance, to the emergency room.

With football season right around the corner, the community can rest assured that we are working hard to be prepared to care for your student athletes no matter the situation!

Water service is being restored, and we will be reopening at 12:00 pm today (6/4/26).

Due to a service line water leak… the Wellness Center and Therapy Services Departments are temporarily closed.

At this time… we plan to reopen at 10:30am tomorrow (6/4/26).

Staff will be available tomorrow morning at 8:30am to answer phone calls and adjust appointments as needed.
