Father’s Day looks a little different when your dad is no longer here, but today we celebrate a life that continues to impact so many.
My dad was a father, grandfather, cowboy, firefighter, mentor, and friend. He spent his life pouring into others, teaching, encouraging, and showing up for his community. The lives he touched continue to tell his story every day.
One of the greatest gifts is seeing the people he mentored now helping his granddaughter navigate her own rodeo journey. His kindness, wisdom, and love for the rodeo community created a ripple effect that continues long after he’s gone.
We miss him every single day, but we see pieces of him in the people who carry on the lessons he shared and the values he lived by. His legacy isn’t just remembered—it’s still being lived.
Happy Father’s Day, Dad. Thank you for the example you set, the lives you changed, and the love you gave so freely. We love you, we miss you, and we’ll keep making you proud. ❤️🤠
“A cowboy’s legacy isn’t measured by the miles he rode, but by the lives he touched along the way.” ❤️🐎🔥
