The holiday weekend is almost here and you know the drill...

Run slower so it's easier?
Run faster so it's over sooner?

Either way, don't forget to take care of yourself along the way. Get outside, have some fun and enjoy the long weekend.

And then there’s the one that looked easier on AllTrails.

Thinking about signing up for a MammothMarch alone? 🥾

It’s not always easy to find someone who is ready to tackle a 20 or 30-mile hike with you, but that doesn’t mean you should put your adventure on hold!

More hikers register solo than you might think, and from the moment you reach the starting line, you’ll be surrounded by a welcoming community that understands the challenge ahead. You may arrive alone, but between the conversations, encouragement and new friendships formed along the trail, you certainly won’t feel alone for long. 🌲✨

Our latest blog explains why signing up solo could lead to one of your safest, most rewarding and fun hiking experiences yet.

4 pickleball drills to improve your paddle control and coordination.

The Sky Lob: Hit the ball high and try to “catch” it on your paddle. Great for hand-eye coordination and paddle control. Don’t forget the backhand!

The Spin Bounce: Bounce the ball on your paddle while adding spin in both directions to work on touch and control.

The Karate Chop: Bounce the ball off the floor using the edge of your paddle. The smaller contact area makes this a great coordination challenge.

The Paddle Roll: Roll the ball back and forth between the forehand and backhand sides of your paddle to work on control and coordination.

Which one are you trying first?

Little Things That Are Actually Pretty Easy

~Bring the reusable bottle — You bought it. Might as well use it.

~Skip some single-use plastic — When there’s an easy alternative, grab it.

~Walk or bike — Fresh air + getting somewhere = multitasking.

~Pick up that random piece of trash — Not yours, but the planet appreciates you.

~Turn it off — Lights. Faucets. Things you’re definitely not using.

~Go outside — Hard to care about the planet if you never hang out with it.

Small habits. Less waste. That’s the idea 🌎
