.How you start your day MATTERS A TON..If you donât think it does, then I DARE you to try this for JUST ONE WEEK..Everyday, wake up with the sun instead of Social Media!.Go outside barefoot, breathe fresh air, recite 3 things youâre grateful for as the night turns to day..Take in the sights and sounds of nature.What can you hear, see, smell, and feel?.Can you appreciate the beauty in the sky as the colors shift and the clouds float?.Do some simple stretches like side bends, overhead reaches, whale up, warriors, downward dogs..Do this for at least 10 minutes, then go make yourself some warm herbal tea (red rooibos, peppermint, lemon ginger)..Let me know the date youâre starting in the comments, and come back in a week to share your results..Notice how your mood has changed (good or bad)..Notice how your quality of sleep has improved or not..Notice how your mood and energy stay through the day (is it steady or all over the place)..
