So excited to start offering weekly Prenatal Yoga classes every Thursday at Bella Vida Yoga! 🤍
Our first class begins Thursday, June 1st, and I can’t wait to create a supportive space where you can feel encouraged, empowered, and strong throughout your pregnancy journey. Together, we’ll focus on breath, mindful movement, mind-body connection, and community to help support your body through pregnancy, prepare for childbirth, and nurture you into postpartum.
