Nettles Leaf Tea. The leaves I have are from Khuvsgul province in Northwestern Mongolia. I used a few ounces of leaves in a quart jar and added boiling water and let sit overnight. I strained it off and drink. Very much a strong veggie taste. I added some lime juice.

Ginseng leaves from a friend in Wisconsin. They have some wild ginseng there on their land. Also cultivate large farmed crops. Ginseng leaves have a different Ginsenosides structure than other parts of the plant. Stems can be different from the main root, the prongs and the fibers which all have different contents Also the berries are different. I make teas with this and it could be tinctured.
