We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga session on the lawn led by Feminine Yoga Collective, followed by an interactive herbal latte workshop led by clinical herbalist Erin Antosh Rudzinski of Where The Good Grows. Learn how to craft delicious, caffeine-free lattes using botanicals and superfoods while enjoying a light, seasonal brunch from gardeniascafe.

We will be in their AMAZING tropical greenhouse for this class, where you will see many of the medicinal plants growing that we will be tasting and learning about. Each participant will take home their custom tea blend you make in class, providing approximately 15–20 servings of tea.

Through herbal tea, cacao, reiki energy medicine and sound healing we will focus on opening the heart. If that sounds “woo woo” to you, let me explain.

Botanicals that are “heart opening” have been studied to support the heart physically, but also aid grief, stress/anxiety, and they are emotionally uplifting. As someone who has walked through my share of grief as well as needed the support of medicinal plants for physical heart related health issues, I have leaned on this group of herbs a lot. I will share how to easily incorporate these medicinal plants in botanical infused chocolates as well as herbal tea.

With your registration you can add on a botanical chocolate making kit to take home, so you can apply what you have learned and share it with others. 🍫

and are teaming up again for two workshops in Love and Grit Farm’s beautiful red barn! During these workshops you will take a tour of the farm with Farmer Kristin Rydland and Clinical Herbalist Erin Antosh to learn about the regenerative practices of the farm as well as the medicinal plants growing on the farm.

This Saturday, September 28th you will learn about therapeutic plants through the lens of chocolate (using chocolate from our favorite local maker 🍫). This workshop is almost full, but we have a few spots remaining!

On Saturday, October 5th you will learn how to properly prepare therapeutic herbal teas, enjoy a tea tasting (organized like a w**e tasting), and then blend your own custom herbal tea that you get to take home.

On both days, plan to stay after the workshop for a fun Fall day at neighboring which always has food trucks and entertainment! 🍂

It’s happening! We are offering an ✨ONLINE✨ Herbal Tea Tasting & Blending workshop for the public. This is a class we normally offer virtually to companies as a event.

This is an interactive event taught by where you are sent a tea tasting kit to your John with all the herbs you need to participate.

Tell your friends and sign up by no later than September 22 so your kit can be mailed to you in time!

Use the “9/29 Online Tea Tasting” link in bio to read the workshop description and signup. Included in the cost of a tea tasting kit is your registration fee, so when you buy a tea tasting kit you will be registered. An email with the Zoom details will be sent the week of the event.
