Our team is committed to providing you with the best, friendliest care around! And did you know that we are bilingual?? We now have multiple staff members who speak English and Spanish. Between Restore and Revive, we have something for everyone. We would love to have you. ❤️

💙Did you know that Hypertension is known as the “silent killer”? Meaning that you could have it and not even know.

💙 Normal Blood Pressure is 120/80 or lower

💙 Elevated Blood Pressure. The top number ranges from 120 to 129 and the bottom number is below, not above, 80.

💙 Stage 1 Hypertension. The top number ranges from 130 to 139 or the bottom number is between 80 and 89. 

💙 Stage 2 Hypertension. The top number is 140 or higher or the bottom number is 90 or higher.
