“Scared straight” — JiuJitsu edition 😂🥋
The kids got a little taste of ADULT CLASS and whewww… welcome to the deep end. 😂 Hard rounds, bigger bodies, faster pace, and no easy work.
But THIS is where growth happens. They laughed, they struggled, they worked HARD, and most importantly, they kept going. 💪🏼
Sometimes the best way to show them what the next level requires is to let them experience it.
Fun rounds. Hard rounds. Lots of lessons. And two tired kids who now know exactly why we say: keep working. 🥋🔥

Checkmat Little Champs New Schedule!

Our program designed just for our youngest athletes (ages 3–4) is getting moved to Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30pm.🥋

This isn’t just about jiu-jitsu…
It’s about building confidence, learning to listen, and helping your child grow in a structured, positive environment—while having fun.

Come see what jiu-jitsu looks like for your little one and if it’s the right fit for your family.

Spots for this program will be LIMITED to keep classes structured and intentional.

Our private sessions are focused on high-level, competition-based Jiu-Jitsu detailed technique, strategy, problem-solving, and focused training designed to help you make real improvements in your game.
