Fire flow is our version of “Yoga Sculpt” or “Power Sculpt”. 🔥

It’s a combination of dumbbells and bodyweight incorporated with yoga poses.🏋🏻‍♀️

What to expect during class:
✨Down dogs, tables tops, planks, and lots of warriors
✨Fast pace
✨Sore Abs 😉
✨Weights added to yoga poses for extra strength

Props include:
✨2, 3, 4, 5, or 8lb dumbbells
✨the ~dreaded~ ball
✨blocks
