Important Update for patients with CMS(Children's Medical Service Insurance)

We’re excited to share that CMS Plan is transitioning to Molina Healthcare!

Effective October 1, 2026, Molina Healthcare will operate CMS Plan statewide.

During this transition, CMS Plan members can expect:
• Your benefits and covered services will remain the same.
• Current members will automatically transition — no new application is required.
• Existing appointments, prescriptions and authorizations will be honored.

Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible, so your child can continue receiving the care and coverage you rely on.

Important Reminder for Medicaid insured patients:
Open Enrollment October 1, 2026
Open enrollment for Statewide Medicaid Managed Care runs October 1 – November 30, 2026, for enrollees in all regions. During this time, enrollees can switch plans or stay with their current one. Reminder letters go out starting July 2026, with all mailings completed by September 30, 2026.

Starting October 1, enrollees may request a plan change through any of the following (changes take effect December 1, 2026):

1. Text: ENROLL to FLSMMC (357662) — Medicaid ID and account PIN required
2. Online: www.flmedicaidmanagedcare.com — Member Portal or Enrollment Virtual Assistant
3. Phone: 1-877-711-3662 to speak with a Choice Counselor

Inscripción abierta: 1 de octubre de 2026
