Some teachers find their calling in a classroom. Chantal found hers on a mat.

Her own Pilates practice changed the way she moved, the way she stood, and the way she felt from the inside out, and she knew she had to share it.

Now, she teaches Mat Pilates at KM5 for students of all levels, guiding each person toward feeling strong, supported, and genuinely at home in their body. She is planning to advance her training with Reformer Pilates in the future, deepening her practice so she can keep bringing more to yours. Come take a class and feel the difference yourself.

Meet Helena!
She came to breathwork through lived experience, navigating entrepreneurship, single motherhood, and her own healing journey, and what she discovered along the way changed everything. She witnessed firsthand what becomes possible when we slow down, tune in, and let the breath lead.

Now, she brings that same curiosity and compassion into every session at KM5, creating experiences that feel safe, personal, and grounded in the present moment. When she is not in the studio, you will find her near the water, deep in a philosophy conversation, or dreaming up her next venture with her two boys by her side.
