"MEMORIAL DAY", Monday, May 25 --- "DONATIONS" YOGA .... I invite you to join with me in a special yoga class dedicated to the women and men who served and fought for our country so that we can live in freedom.

As is my tradition, this is a 'free' class for all of you, but donations will be accepted, (please, do not feel obligated). Donations will go to the "Gary Sinise Foundation" in honor and support of our USA veterans and their families. Note: This is a perfect time to invite your family members, friends and neighbors, anyone you think might benefit from the practice of yoga, (suitable for 'beginners').
