Alpha lipoic acid is a powerhouse for helping support nerve function. It can help neuropathy and lower blood sugar. While it can be used orally, giving it IV can lead to better bioavailability. We have had patients with great results with both chemo induced neuropathy and diabetic neuropathy.
We offer stand alone alpha lipoic acid IVs or add it on to other IV infusions.

Hopefully you’ve been playing hard this summer, which means your cells need some recovery. We’ve got NAD+ injections and infusions on sale this August.
Injections take a few minutes but may be needed weekly at first. Infusions can take 1 1/2 to 4 hours but are only needed every 4-6 weeks.
