How has it been FOUR YEARS already?! 🥳🥚🧡

Four years ago, I had an empty room, an Egg, a whole lot of ideas, and absolutely no idea where any of this was going to take me. 😂

And here we are.

There have been so many changes along the way, but the best part of the last four years has absolutely been the people I've met because of this little business of mine. Some of you have been with me almost from the very beginning, some of you just found me, and so many of you have told your friends and family about me and helped Harmony & Light Wellness grow simply by spreading the word.

I really can't thank you enough. 🧡

So here's a little look back at where we started, where we've been, and where we are now.

Happy 4th Birthday to Harmony & Light Wellness! 🥳🎂🥚

And because you can't have a birthday without presents... 🎁

Until September 30th, buy any 3-session package and I'll add a 4th session FREE!

Thank you for an amazing four years. Here's to whatever comes next! 🥂✨

Some people call it an addiction. I prefer to call it a very committed wellness routine. 😂🥚

Can I stop whenever I want? Absolutely.

Do I want to?

No. No, I do not. 🤣

If sitting in a giant wooden Egg with lights and music is wrong, I’m not particularly interested in being right. 🥚✨🧡

Who else has an Egg problem? 🙋‍♀️
