**Help Us Find A NEW Temporary Home for Victory Hill! 🐴💚

Do you know of an equestrian facility for lease?

Victory Hill Therapeutic Horsemanship has an immediate need for a temporary home for our programs while we work toward purchasing a permanent facility.

We anticipate needing this temporary location for approximately one year, although the timeline could be shorter or longer depending on our progress toward securing our forever home.

Our ideal temporary facility would be a private or semi-private equestrian property with:

🐴 Indoor riding arena
🐴 Outdoor riding arena
🐴 Barn with 10+ stalls, ideally 12' x 12'
🏢 Office space for 4–5 staff members
🧰 Designated tack room or storage area for our adaptive equipment
🏡 On-site living quarters for our barn staff OR another caretaker living on the property
🚗 Parking for up to 12 vehicles daily (50+ clients a week, volunteers, and staff)
🌿 Adequate turnout/pasture space for our horses
❤️ A peaceful, safe, welcoming environment where we can continue providing Equine Assisted Services M-F from 10am-7pm.
📍 Preferred locations: Greenville, Middletown, Town of Wallkill, New Hampton, or Goshen — Orange County only!

This is more than a search for a barn. This is a search for a bridge to our future.

Our participants including children, adults, veterans, first responders, families, and people of all abilities. We need a temporary home that will allow us to keep our programs moving forward while we work toward purchasing a permanent facility.

Do you know of a property that might be a fit?

We would be incredibly grateful if you would share this post with anyone who owns an equestrian facility or property that may meet our needs.

If you have a potential lead, please reach out to Victory Hill Therapeutic Horsemanship. We would love to start a conversation.

Help us find the bridge to our forever home.
