Meet Rose Little, Immediate Past President of the Leadership Orange Board of Directors!

Rose is a Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Hometown Healthcare PJ , where she is dedicated to providing accessible, community-focused primary care throughout the Tri-State region. Her passion for improving health outcomes extends beyond the exam room through her commitment to civic leadership and community service.

A graduate of the Leadership Orange Class of 2021, Rose serves on the boards of RECAP and Vision Hudson Valley and is a Human Rights Commissioner for Orange County. Through her leadership, advocacy, and dedication to service, she continues to champion healthier, stronger, and more equitable communities across the Hudson Valley.

From baby bottles to finish lines... 👶🏻

Before he was balancing construction projects, chasing after kids, and somehow finding time to train for a triathlon... he was just a little guy with big potential.

Now, he’s building dreams through Thimble Projects, being an incredible dad, and proving that sleep is apparently optional as he takes on the IRONMAN 70.3 Musselman!

Behind every appointment booked, every vital taken, every question answered, and every patient cared for… was once a tiny human in pigtails, overalls, or causing a little harmless chaos. 😅
