Frozen watermelon, honeydew, & cantaloupe + fresh ginger root & ginger-infused local honey⚡️💛

We start our days drinking water with fresh ginger, herbal tea, & taking seamoss gel; then ALWAYS eat watery fruits as our first meal. This is the same blueprint we use with our clients because watery fruits for breakfast will have you feeling amazing! It’s incredible how simple it is to feel good—species-specific foods, natural movement, being/working with nature, loving yourself & others…tap in with the realest ♥️

Our lifestyle involves more than “healthy food and movement.” We humans are created to work with the land, our environment, and our community. There is a deep sense of fulfillment that comes from growing plants (wildflowers like these, other natives, and edible plants). 💛

A salad that has everything we need to fuel us after a long, active day 😍

Fresh romaine, zucchini spirals, green onion, fresh dill, bell peppers, chayote squash, and fluffy “jollof” quinoa! Topped with a h**pseed dressing, roasted red bell peppers hummus, & olive oil! Bonus points if you plug it in a seaweed wrap.
