30min Personal Training — $50
This is our standard option that applies to all types of training that require specific long term programming.

30min Correctives Exercise/ Stretching — $35
This option is great for new clients who are starting off with pain or limited mobility. It can also work in tandem with personal training if you are interested in coming two or more days per week.
[This is also our discounted rate for military and veterans doing PT]
