Project LIFT is a great local organization that is helping our young people learn skills that will help them become independent, thriving members of our communities!

Check out this upcoming fun event where they allow some ladies to try they hand in some of these same trades'skills and learn more about the organization.... also, there's some socializing involved, so you can get a little serotonin and dopamine boost - Without doom- scrolling! Yaaayyyyy! 😄🤩🙃

Ladies Night is more than an event. It’s an experience. 💥

Guests will enjoy an evening of hands-on trade activities like welding, carpentry, and auto repair, offering a glimpse into the skills and experiences our young women engage in every day.

It’s interactive, it’s engaging, and it’s almost here!

Don’t miss your chance to be part of it. Get your tickets or become a sponsor today.

Doyougivearuck is a great organization to support ALL YEAR LONG... however... at Christmas, they give back to our local community in the form of toys 🧸 for the Littles, supplies for the teens, and supplies for our SENIORS! .... Take a listen to Jimmy's video to get more details on the 2 events they have coming up this Friday and Saturday.... If you aren't able to make it, they have e- donation options that can be used to buy more toys and supplies. 🥰🥰🙃🙃 I plan to be out there with a Ruck full of supplies for the seniors in the nursing facilities, on Saturday- This one will be gathering at Hop Life Brewing Company. See y'all then!

Please forgive my fb nievity... I couldn't get my actual message in my recent post to separate from the event I was sharing related to my post. Lol🙃😜🫣... Soooo... Here is the message portion again, because we need more positivity on fb! .....

As we approach the 1- year anniversary of my dear friend Scott Benge 's untimely passing (from a sudden, likely cardiac event), I want to remind everyone of a few things:

❤️ Treasure your loved ones and tell them that you treasure them. So often, we hear from other people how much we really meant to our friends and family - after they've passed!

🧡 Enjoy your community! There's so many things going on here on the Treasure Coast! Get to know the people and the nature. 🥰

💚 Take the time to strengthen your MENTAL HEALTH. (Did you really think I wasn't going to mention MH at all in a post? Lol😘🤩) **MAY IS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH**

💙 Be true to yourself and listen to that little voice - even when it tells you to go against the current and not conform to society. Scott was a unique soul - He wasn't afraid to show emotion on stage or admit to crying 😢 😭 💔 while singing a prestigious moving song. Do the right thing and remember that CRYING IS HEALTHY! 😘

💜 Test yourself like royalty 👑 ✨️. As in... SELF CARE and self love ❤️ 😍 💖, because YOU ARE WORTHY!

🩷 Lastly, dance like the silly kids that you are! Scott always loved having the dance floor filled with an audience of all ages who were embracing the moment and magic in the music 🎶 🎵!

In the eternal words of Scott: LUV2ALL ✌️ ☮️ 🕊

For those who are interested in music memorabilia or equipment, the Scott's Treasures Grand Giveaway and Sale will be this Saturday, April 19th from 10a-4p at Saint Andrew Lutheran Church on Prima Vista Blvd in PSL. (I will include the fb Event link in the comments. )

Good morning Treasure Coast! (And those who are reading this from afar! )😄🥰🤩

I came across this cute, yet POWERFUL, little piece of wisdom and wanted to share it with y'all. 🤗🤗😍

If you are struggling with ANGER 😡, RESENTMENT 😠, or plain old HURT ☹️ towards someone or a situation in your life right now... I highly recommend you take a moment and say this to yourself "I wonder why..." ... or even "I wonder what caused them to...".🤔🤔😌☺️

It won't change what they did or how the situation played out, but it WILL help bring you an alternative perspective and hopefully, some inner peace ✌️ on the matter 🥰.

Happy Thursday, y'all!

I managed to make it to Treasure Coast Advocates for Seniors meeting this morning - A little late, buuuut... let me tell you, I made it for the best part!....

Dr Michael Tradewell from Urology Specialists is Stuart gave a wonderful presentation on some of the basic - but foundational - information for those suffering from various uro symptoms.

✅️He was nice and approachable.
✅️ He estimated his current wait time for a new patient to be "about a month... but if there's symptoms, we can get someone in sooner."
✅️ He was super knowledgeable and realized that not all treatment plans are the same. 🥰

Soooo, just like the personalized care and Concierge- level treatment plans that are designed for patients at Broken Roads Mental Health , Dr Tradewell sees patients as humans and not numbers!

Lastly, I wanted to be sure to announce that Broken Roads Mental Health is officially enrolled with Traditional Medicare. 😉😉😄

Call or text me with any questions you may have!

Depression after childbirth is common. It causes mental anguish and can prevent people from being able to carry out family responsibilities fully. Yet depression can be prevented and treated.

Great resource gathering for those out there working with our senior community! 🤩🤩I plan to be there, will you? 🤔
