Optimum WH has moved and the building is beautiful and more functional!

🌟Dedicated office hours are every 1st and 3rd Thursday but will expand as needed
🌟Office visits will be conference style in either my conference/lounge room or dedicated office. The conference room and lounge allow me to large screen present your progress! Super fun!
🌟I have a receptionist staff + waiting room with coffee and water for those who arrive early (my fav change!)

✅ Happy Tuesday! We have been busy this first quarter of 2026 as the practice moves into offering detailed root cause analysis and health optimization packages.

I wanted to share a phone call I got today - I'll omit the photos that shocked me.

🤓 Today, a caller reached out after buying “peptides” online for under $200 she thought is was a steal of a deal.

What She Actually Received
❗Medication she had to reconstitute without instructions
❗Medication from an unknown pharmacy - rebranded by the "clinic"
❗No instructions for dosage or other lifestyle interventions
❗No medical intake or lab review
❗ The most yikes: prefilled unsealed syringes shipped to her

She was scared and looking for guidance. I would be too!

🌟 Exciting Changes Ahead! 🌟

Over the past year, there has been significant changes in both the wellness industry—especially with GLP-1 regulations—and in my personal life with the birth of my 2nd child. During the past 6-8 months, I paused taking on new clients and actually debated fully closing down.

As I discussed the possibility of closing my practice with current clients, I came to the stark realization of the unique nature of what I was providing over other practices: a personalized, intimate and approachable way to access healthcare. I couldn't fathom the thought of leaving clients unsupported.

Rather than closing down completely, I'm thrilled to announce the enhancement of my premium health optimization programs for weight loss, longevity, hormone optimization, and overall wellness! To ensure I provide the best support to all, I will be limiting the number of new and active clients on my panel, allowing me to prioritize personalized patient care and attend the needs of my young family.

😎Patient appreciation Wednesday

I want to thank all of my patients for their understanding and support this very turbulent time with the GLP1 Landscape and the transition from compound to commercially available products ect.

It was great to welcome follow up patients in after months of hard work. Today we shared successes, struggles and created a plan to reach our goals.

Here is a little peak into our day 😎

Discussed and Tracked Successes:

❗️120 pounds down combined for 4 patients over the course of 4-8 months
💖 Improvements in metabolic health such as blood sugars, cholesterol and blood pressure
🥑 Successful diet changes and portion control
🧘 Health measures coordinated or reinforced

Then we created a plan, together:

💊 Adjusted current medications and discussed any new ones prescribed by other providers

⚕ Enforced medical follow up for conditions better suited for a specialist and to work on establishing with a P*P
✔ Scheduled monthly follow up
