Good morning everyone!!!
If anyone is interested in doing CLIA waived testing and need assistance in getting certified I will be offering my services!! I personally completed our CLIA application and a few others.

If you guys are interested in getting your CLIA waived certification I am doing it for $500(other companies charge $1000 and up)

This will include: On board discussion (what test you'd like to perform), finding the machine that is FDA approved to test specimens, complete the Clia application and any updates needed by CLIA. I will fill out and resubmit any omission letter Requested ect.
