Allergy Friendly Meals Allergy Friendly Meals was created to bring easy and tasty allergy & kid friendly meals to your table to delight the entire family!

I am a mother of four daugthers. My 7 year old daugther and I were diagnosed with Celiac Disease nearly 3 years ago, restricting our consumption of gluten. My 12 year old daugther was diagnosed with Esilliophillic Esophagitis ("EOE") and Abdominal Migraines related to EOE, along with Acid Reflux which restricted her consumption of Dairy, Soy, Peanuts, Eggs, Wheat, Coffee, Pork, Shellfish, among a

few others. Due to our medical conditions and food restrictions, my kitchen was transformed and I began my journey preparing allergy friendly meals and treats for my entire family, along with furthering my eduction on proper diet and nutrition and how it affects and heals the body.
