💗 OUR LUXE FAMILY NEEDS YOUR HELP 💗

Many of you who have walked through the doors of Luxe Life Medical or Luxe Beauty, know Hannah. You may recognize her smiling face, have spoken with her during a visit, or simply know her as part of the family we have built here at Luxe.

Today, we are asking our community to surround one of our own with the same love and support she has given to so many others.

At only 26 years old, Hannah recently received news that no young woman ever expects to hear: cancer 😭

Hannah has been an important part of our Luxe family.

Now, instead of focusing on school, work, friends and everything a 26-year-old should be looking forward to, Hannah is facing surgeries, treatment decisions, fertility preservation, time away from work and school, and the financial burden that comes along with all of it.

And we want her to know:
SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO WALK ALONE!

A GoFundMe has been created to help Hannah with treatment-related expenses, fertility preservation, travel to appointments, food, everyday bills, and the expenses that continue even when cancer forces life to temporarily stop.

Our Northwest Indiana community has shown us time and time again how incredibly powerful it can be when we come together for someone who needs us.

🚨 IMPORTANT LUXE MEDICAL-
VALPARAISO UPDATE 🚨

To our Luxe Medical patients, families & community 🩷

We want to share an important update regarding our Luxe Medical- Valparaiso location. THIS ONLY AFFECTS OUR VALPARAISO LOCATION‼️

Following the recent widespread power outage, we discovered an unexpected facility issue involving a health risk in our portion of the building.

Out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our patients and staff, our Valparaiso office will remain closed to in-person visits at this time.

Please do not come to the Valparaiso office until further notice.

PATIENT CARE WILL CONTINUE 🩷

While we navigate the situation with our physical location, we are transitioning appointments to telehealth whenever medically appropriate so that we can continue caring for our patients with as little interruption as possible. We are also working with insurance companies for a temporary relocation to our Portage facility.

Our team will be reaching out to patients with upcoming appointments regarding next steps and you will be instructed whether your appointment will be in person at our Portage location or a virtual appointment. We ask for a little patience as we work through scheduling, messages, medication requests, labs, referrals and other patient needs during this unexpected transition.

The last several days have brought circumstances we never anticipated, but our priority remains the same: the health, safety and continuity of care of our patients.

We will provide additional updates regarding our Valparaiso location as more information becomes available.

🚨 POWER OUTAGE UPDATE 🚨

To our Luxe Life Medical & Luxe Beauty + Wellness family,

Our hearts are with everyone across Northwest Indiana who has been affected by this week’s devastating storms and widespread power outages. ❤️‍🩹

We know this has been so much more than an inconvenience for many in our community. Families are dealing with damaged homes and property, prolonged power outages, fallen trees, spoiled food, disrupted businesses, and uncertainty about when life will return to normal.

Most importantly, our thoughts and prayers are with those who have been injured, those who have experienced significant loss, and every family facing circumstances far more difficult than our own. 🙏🏼

We are incredibly grateful for the linemen, first responders, firefighters, emergency personnel, utility crews, city workers, and volunteers who have been working around the clock to help Northwest Indiana recover.
Your hard work and sacrifice have not gone unnoticed. ❤️

⚡ LUXE POWER OUTAGE UPDATE

Unfortunately, both Luxe Life Medical in Valparaiso and Luxe Beauty + Wellness in Portage remain affected by the power outage.

Because we cannot safely provide in-person services without power, we are making adjustments to appointments while we wait for power to be restored.

🩺 LUXE LIFE MEDICAL — VALPARAISO

For our medical patients, telehealth appointments will be available whenever appropriate.

If you are scheduled for an appointment and are able to complete your visit virtually, we strongly encourage you to do so. This will allow us to continue your care without creating a significant delay in your treatment plan.

We understand some patients may prefer to reschedule to next week but PLEASE know that our upcoming schedule is already very full, and it may be difficult to move everyone affected by the outage into next week.

If you have medication-related concerns because you are currently without refrigeration, please contact our office before discarding or replacing any medication. Storage recommendations vary depending on the medication and pharmacy formulation.

For our Luxe Beauty clients, our team will be contacting anyone whose appointment is affected.

We know how much you look forward to your appointments, and we promise we will work to get everyone rescheduled as quickly and fairly as possible once we can reopen. 💗

Please be patient with our staff as we navigate something completely outside of our control. We have many appointments to coordinate across both locations, and our team is doing everything possible to take care of each of you. Even if we are running behind on our appointments, we will get to you as soon as we can.
