Healing from trauma doesn’t look the same for everyone. That’s why Stitching Your Story is offered in two formats: a supportive 12-week therapy group or a focused one-day workshop.

Led by Cassy Burlingame, LMSW, each experience uses trauma-informed reflection and story cloth creation to help you process your experiences at your own pace and begin shaping a narrative of resilience.

No artistic experience is needed, and you’ll never be asked to share more than feels right. 🧵
