Another tip to sync up your circadian rhythms so you have great energy during the day and can sleep soundly at night: Adjust the temperature of your house/room so that it cools down at night and warms up in the morning. Cooler temperatures are best for sleeping. You can use as many blankets as you need as long as the air is cooler. Warmer temperatures wake you up.
