A quick note to answer some frequently asked questions about next Saturday's fundraiser:).....
-to keep if fair for everyone in line, only one tattoo will be allowed per turn. If you would like a second, you will be allowed to re-enter at the back of the line and wait again if you like:)
- NO additional items will be allowed for sale to clients of the fundraiser. No bake sales, lemonade stands, crafts, or merchandise. Due to limited space and regulation of the fundraiser. Please do not bring any. I know intentions are good, but this creates many issues for the organizers who have worked hard to streamline this event.
-we will not be collecting any funds via any apps or websites or links. Those avenues im sure can be found while visiting the event and talking with other supporters. There are go fund me accounts, but we will not be transferring or handling any of those funds. Just the cash for the event services and prints available through South Shore Tattoo. Again, to stay regulated and fraud free.
-this is a fundraiser that is costing the business a significant amount of funds and resources of their own to run. Please be patient and respectful of the staff and volunteers. We will get you through the line as quick as possible, but be prepared to wait. Cue times were up to 4hrs last event. We plan to fast track it a little bit more this time, but really, bring a chair for waiting in line if needed. Make it a time to catch up with people, send good energy to the Griffins, or network.
- have fun, be positive. This is all for a good cause. Please do not hassle the organizers for any of their decisions of how things will be run that day. Some of these decisions were difficult to make, but are for good reason. Fundraisers can be organized by anyone, so feel free create your own if you like, with your own resources, skills and time:) but this is how we will be doing ours.
-I personally thank everyone for their support and rallying together for the Griffins, looking forward to seeing everyone on the 13th!!!!
